The Gas Or Charcoal Debate When Grilling Outdoors
Charcoal grilling has become a lot more popular in the last decade, however gas grills are still the most popular.Gas grills are simpler to start up, easier to run, and they heat up a lot quicker. We have all been there, not sweating over the grill because it has not had time to heat up. I love the aroma of charcoal cooked food however you can cheat and buy charcoal specially designed for use on a gas grill! So you have the best of both worlds without the hassle and pain of pandering to charcoal. I am all for an easy life, and when I get a grill going outdoors, I want it to be a pleasant experience, a relaxing experience.
Because of the ease of use, gas grills get used a lot more often too. So they have more fun! Gas users are more relaxed and chilled to be around during a barbecue! That describes me all right. When small gas grills were still expensive, as they were cheaper at the time, I did have a charcoal grill. My barbecues were fraught and stressful events. Using gas means that you can fire up the grill at a moments notice and have cooked food really quickly.
A lot of cooks mainly grill up different meat and fish, I use it for grilling my veg too. Just stick it on a skewer, other times what I do is I wrap it in foil with a tiny bit of water. It is like steaming it on the grill. Delicious. If you have not tried it, give it a go.
If you look after your small gas grill and treat it with respect, keeping it clean and covered, you will have years of happy memories ahead of you.
